Vacation Time

Me and 2 of my sis in law decided to go to Bangkok for vacation, just the 3 of us girl bonding. My sis in law booked a ticket online the Econolight but she had a mistake she thought that i'm using my married name so i have to go to Pal ticketing early this morning to amend my ticket but they won't allow any correction for econolight ticket, good thing my brother know someone inside so i went there again in the afternoon and they print me another copy of the ticket but i have to pay for the penalty which im also thankful coz i don't have to buy another ticket. Anyway, my other sis in law and i didn't know the rules of the Econolight, just found out when i received my ticket and they only allow 15kgs for baggage, no meals!!! huwat?, seats at the rear of the airplane, no headset, etc, grabe anu ba? we're super shocked i don't want to seat at the rear of the plane coz i have vertigo also, hay i swear i would never get econolight ticket ever again. But we always fly Pal and i love Pal =) sana my sis in law inform us first about the rules well its there na so ok na rin atleast its cheaper. We'll just enjoy our shopping trip there and we also plan to go to some Temples and of course we're going to the four face budha at Erawan.

Another One

I ordered online this Tory Burch Thora white patent and i just got it the other day, I'm so happy with it, i haven't use it yet but it looks comfy.

My next target would be this Miller, i wasn't able to get it coz it's pre order and it wouldn't arrive on time. I really like this one even hubby likes it, i saw a girl using this at Rockwell and its really nice in person especially when you're wearing dress or shorts.

Our Vday

I spent my Vday bonding with mika at Rockwell just the two of us coz yaya was on a day-off, we started our day by eating at mcdo then she rode the animal ride and played at Powerstation we're now addicted to the new coin game there but i forgot the name, after playing i told her that she can choose a toy at Kids Station and she chose a swim barbie with 2 kelly's and mini swimming pool, she played with it as soon as we got home.

We celebrated the Vday with the whole family as usual, we had dinner at the newly renovated Carpaccio restaurant at Yakal. The place was jampacked with couples and families celebrating Vday.

Need a Gift

My mother in law's birthday is coming and i'm looking for a perfect gift for her. Good thing i saw the article seeing straight without breaking bank with zenni optical in the new york times, i will definitely get her a prescription eyeglasses for only $8 very cheap and yet stylish, i'm sure she would love it, she can now change her old pair with a better design.

Hearts Day!

Hubby and i don't usually celebrate V-day coz we hate the traffic but since we got married we always spent V-day with the whole family. This saturday we will have dinner at Carpaccio at Yakal it's a family favorite. My yaya is also on a dayoff so its just me and mika, i plan to spend some time with her at Rockwell in the afternoon, we'll have our own date minus hubby coz he has to work tom.

Bonding Time

Mika and i had our bonding time at Dashing Diva last sunday while hubby patiently waiting for us. I had a spoiled pedicure and eyebrow waxing while mika had the foot spa with nail art, she chose green nail polish with flower design it was so cute and she loved it also, we had the grandest time there it is really a nice alternative to spend time with our daughter. While we are having the best time doing our nails, hubby got bored and spent some time wandering around the mall and saw Viktor Jeans you can have your jeans custom made there, hubby decided to get one since he always have the hard time looking for the perfect pair of jeans, they measured him and let him choose the color of the jeans even the color of the thread to be use, he can have his first fitting after a week.

After the pampering and shopping we had dinner at Dulcinea, i ordered for my favorite Beef Salpicao the food was not that good compared to their branch at Rockwell. We did not have enough time to go around the mall after dinner that i was not able to look for a perfect pair of Boots that i plan to buy, maybe i would try my luck next week.

Own Domain

I have been blogging for a year now and I’m also earning quite well with paid blogging, most of my online friends have 2 or more blogs and they can still manage it some are even working mothers. I think it is time for me to get my own domain, I have been thinking about it for weeks now and I think I can still manage one more blog. I like to talk about fashion and food in my new blog, now I just have to think of a name and i want to get the best wordpress themes for my domain. I want my blog to be up and running in few more days.

Movie Date + CheeseSteak

Hubby and I had our movie date last thursday, we watched Marley and Me i was laughing the whole time and also cried at the end of the movie but i'll not reveal why.

American Cheesesteak

Before the movie we had dinner at the newly opened Elbert's Cheesesteak Sandwiches at Rockwell Concourse Level, i ordered American Cheesesteak and i tell you it's really good the beef is so tasty and i love the caramelized onions. Btw, they use USDA beef that's why it's kinda pricey but definitely worth it and they also cook your steak in front of you.

Are You Shopaholic?

I'm such a avid reader of the Confession of a Shopaholic series, actually i've read all of Sophie Kinsella's book and i love all of it but my fave will be the shopaholic series it's just hilarious and i think most girls can relate to Becky Bloomwood even just a tiny bit. There is also love story in the book which is so kilig and of course i love when she talks about fashion.

The movie is coming out this February and i can't wait, i want to see how Isla Fisher would portray the character and i'll look at her clothes and stuff also=).

I'm reading again the book right now coz might forget some details and i want to compare the movie from the book but usually the book is more detailed. I think the movie is set at Manhattan i hope they shoot at London like in the book.

New Shower

It’s been weeks now since our master’s bedroom shower broke down, for now we are just using my daughter’s bathroom. A plumber already checked it and said that we should change the whole shower thing and we ask him to check our whole water system, we also plan to change the heater since it has some problems too. Until now I still haven’t canvass for the safety shower that we plan to get, I also need to canvass for tank showers for emergency purposes since Pasay City often cuts the water system, it would be so much help if we have that at home. There are so many things we need to fix at home I think it would take days to finish everything might as well get eye baths for the guards and drivers to use maybe I could put it at the garage or the guard house.

This week I should really ask hubby to go with me to the hardware store at Rockwell to buy everything that we need for the bathroom. It is so inconvenient to use the bathroom outside, I’m just not used to it. I hope it will all be fixed by next week, no more excuses for not going to the mall.

Learning Things

We went to Science Discovery Center at SM Moa, we had so much fun while learning about things, the place is divided into 9 sections and they also have a digital planetarium.

We also watched Future is Wild at the Planetarium. All in all it's fun though i don't like some part of it like the robot and time capsule, but it's a different experience for us not the malling that we usually do. I plan to bring mika to Ark Avilon and Museo Pambata next time.

Alcoholic

I always watch the international showbiz show for the latest gossip of my favorite actors and actresses. Lately, they were lots of teenage actors who are having problems with drugs and alcohol, because of constant partying and drinking some of them were caught by the police and was charged with DUI, instead of going to jail they were ask to go to alcoholism rehab for few months.
