Bangkok Trip part 2

On our second day, we went to Chatuchak early in the morning in time for the stores to open at 9am but we only spent 20 mins there we got dizzy goin around the stores and we didn't buy anything so we just went straight to Four Face Budha at Erawan then we went to Central Dept. Store spent the whole day there shopping!!! =) bought lots of blouses, dresses, cutie stuff for home and for the kids.

At around 9:30 pm we walked back to Erawan mall to eat at the basement glad we still made it on time coz they close at 10 pm, had dinner at Crystal Jade La mien and Xiao Long Pao the food was so great i'll make separate post for this resto.

On our 3rd day, we spent the whole day at Central World and Zen shopping again hehehe and of course eating.

4th day, we went on a half day city tour at 2 temples and the gem factory. It was just so hot at the temple grabe mejo nangitim ako konti coz napansin ko ang mark ng watch hay... anyway, after the city tour we asked the tour guide to just drop us at Emporium Malll, we just spent a couple of hours in the mall and we went back to Central World, Zen and Isetan. We also had dinner again at Crystal Jade La Mien and Xiao Long Pao that night so good!

5th day, we woke up late so we just had bfast then went straight to the airport, bought a little something at the airport but i'll make a separate post for my purchases.

Bangkok Trip part 1

We took the 10:30 am flight to BKK via Pal, the flight went well with some mild turbulence, our ticket didn't include meal so we just bought from Delifrance, chikahan the whole flight and watched Twilight luckily they put headset on our seat ( econolight doesn't include headset) grabe!

Anyway, after we landed at BKK airport, i applied for Tourist Visa coz i'm using a Taiwan Passport, luckily they didn't collect money for the visa and the promo runs until June.

Right after we checked in we ordered for room service coz we are so hungry but lazy to go out, after eating we went straight to MBK bought some cutie items for mika, lacoste items on sale, japanese dolls for decoration.

After MBK we walked to Siam Paragon but it's kinda late already we weren't able to explore the whole mall.

We had dinner at Crystal Jade Golden Palace inside the Siam Paragon, this resto is very famous and they have lots of branches all over Asia but the main branch is at Singapore. We so love the food they're all delicious sorry no pics of the food coz we are so hungry already i forgot to take pics of the food actually i wasn't able to take pic of any food on this trip, we usually take late lunch around 2-3pm and late dinner at around 9-10pm so imagine my hunger hehehe

I'm Back!

from my 5 days vacation at Bangkok. All we did was to shop and eat but we also went to two temples and of course the Four Face Budha at Erawan. I had so much fun on this trip truly girl bonding for us i just hope we could do it every year but i don't know if it's still possible coz my sis in laws plans to migrate to Canada this year. We weren't able to eat sharks fin soup coz on our last night we plan to go to Chinatown at 10pm but i was so sleepy, i'm the one to be blame and i regret not tasting the sharks fin at Chinatown arghh. Anyway, i will post more kwentos and pics soon and of course my purchases nothing big this time no bags for me=( so sad but i bought 2 items that i've been eyeing for months now, I'll reveal it soon.

Off to Bangkok

I'm off to Bangkok tom w/ my 2 sis in law, will be there for 5 days. I'm so excited for our girl bonding, will be doing lots of shopping and food trip we already have a long list of restaurants. I promised hubby that i will be very good girl on this trip i wouldn't buy anything big i hope i can control myself but i really need to coz we are going for another trip this coming holy week so i better behave.

I haven't pack yet but this is gonna be challenging coz we need to pack light coz Pal Econolight has a limit of 15 kgs per passenger only! arghh

Looking for a Course

I was talking to my cousin the other day about her plans for college, she is going to graduate this end of march. Her parents wants her to be a doctor but she does not want to study for so many years so she suggest that she would just be a medical assistant, she could take up the course for only 6-8 weeks, she could graduate and have a job for a short period of time so she can help in the family. Luckily, her parents agreed to her and she is now looking for a perfect school for her that offers this medical assistants course not many school here in the Philippines offer this course most of the schools just offers nursing and other medical related courses. I think she should just study abroad since she plans to work there someday, she would have more opportunities there and it is better to graduate in a school in the US, I also heard that St. Augustine School of Medical Assistant is one of the best school in the US, i will definitely tell her so she can look for it on the internet. I really hope that she can look a perfect medical assistant school for her.

Credit Card for Students

This coming June school year my brother in law is going to be on his second year taking up Physical Therapy. I know he is going to have more and more projects which need to cash out money since he does not have his own ATM card it is very inconvenient to withdraw money from the bank, it is also hard to rely on his allowance because sometimes you need extra money for emergency expenses. What I have been suggesting to him is to get his own student credit card so he can use it anytime he needs to pay for something, it would be very convenient and practical for a student like him, he can also choose for the best credit card company because many are now having promotions and special offers.

Can't Resist

i bought this boots last saturday at Zara Rockwell as usual its for my little princess. It's markdown even if its just a new design they have some other boots that's markdown also but this one fits her better. I'll let her wear this with skinny jeans or skirt, it'll be so cute=) I'm planning to buy the same boots YES! they have my size at the kids section actually the adult shoes at Zara is too big for me im so lucky if size 36 could fit me. I've been wanting to own a boots i just hope its soon.

Custom Shirt

I'm currently working on the family business which is a manpower agency we have people at factories and we also have merchandisers and concessionaire at big malls here in the Philippines. We provide all their uniforms and most of them just needs a shirt with the company logo printed in front and back. We have been wanting to change the T-shirts printing they have right now because the designs are so last 2 years ago, we really need to change it soon.

Spa Day

It was my MIL's birthday yesterday, my FIL treated us for a facial using Declor products and back massage at Le Spa at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, it was an hour and a half of pampering and i love it!!! i'm so lucky my FIL always ask me to accompany my MIL =). Since my FIL bought some packages there we'll surely go back for more pampering.

Moving On

My friend is going to move to US soon because she just landed a job there as nurse at one of the best hospital at Arizona and now she is looking for a Arizona real estate that can fit her budget, since she is just starting to work she wants to get a small place first like a studio type that fit a single and working woman like her and eventually when she is stable there she can a bigger place on her own but for now she wants to rent. She is so excited to move to Arizona she especially like the weather because it is the same as Tagaytay where she grew up and lived for many years so she won't have a hard time adjusting. I'm so going to miss her when she is already there.

Stop Addiction

I always see drug addicts and alcoholics on television and it makes me sad just thinking about the lives that being destroyed with these addictions, I feel bad that they can not control themselves and they result to being addicted and eventually going to a drug rehab for help. Now, more and more teenagers are being addict also and I think it is because of peer pressure and too much partying, I think they have to go to a drug rehabilitation so they can stop the addiction as soon as possible while they are still young, even 13 years old go to parties and events now some teens even organize their own private parties they are just left alone no adults supervising so it is really scary, I think when my daughter becomes teenager I would not let her party like that maybe when she turns 18 I would let her but she needs to get permission from her dad first. Anyway, I was watching the other day the movie confession of a shopaholic and one of the scenes there if that the main character went to a group therapy of shopaholics I wonder if rehab centers offers addiction treatment for shopaholic because they will surely be packed with men and women, but i do not think I need to be there yet hehehe I can still control myself.
